Center for Traditional Crafts

New! The museum has instituted a new program that will allow us to help preserve and share traditional crafts of Native Americans along with craft traditions that have connections with Long Island's history. Follow this link to see our spring course offerings.

Our museum is dedicated to study and education surrounding archaeology and natural history.It is owned and operated by the Incorporated Long Island Chapter of the New York State Archaeological Association. Use the menu at the top to explore our museum and be sure to stop by for a visit when you are in the area. Our hours on Sundays are from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM,and at other times by appointment.
